How do I create an account?â–¼
Click on "Register" in the top menu, choose your account type (Job Seeker or Employer), and fill in the required information. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.
Is Charlie's Jobs free to use?â–¼
Yes! Job seekers can create profiles, search jobs, and apply for free. Employers can register for free and choose from our flexible posting plans.
What locations does Switzerland Jobs cover?â–¼
We operate exclusively in Switzerland, covering all 26 cantons and major cities including Zürich, Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lugano, and more.

For Job Seekers

How do I apply for a job?â–¼
Browse jobs, open a listing that interests you, and click "Apply Now". You'll need to complete your profile and may need to upload a CV or provide additional information depending on the employer's requirements.
Can I save jobs to apply later?â–¼
Yes! Click the heart icon on any job listing to save it. Access all your saved jobs from your dashboard.
How do I update my profile?â–¼
Go to your dashboard and click on "Profile". You can update your personal information, work experience, education, skills, and upload your profile picture and CV.
Will employers see my full profile?â–¼
Employers can see your profile information when you apply for their jobs. You can control your profile visibility in your settings.

For Employers

How do I post a job?â–¼
Register as an employer, verify your company, and go to your dashboard. Click "Post a Job" and fill in the job details including title, description, category, location, and requirements.
Are employers verified?â–¼
Yes — we verify employers before allowing them to post jobs on the platform to ensure quality and trust.
How long does my job posting stay active?â–¼
Job postings remain active for 30 days by default. You can renew, edit, or close postings at any time from your dashboard.
Can I manage multiple job postings?â–¼
Yes! Our employer dashboard allows you to create, edit, and manage multiple job postings, view applications, and communicate with candidates.

Applications & Communication

How do I track my applications?â–¼
Go to your dashboard to view all your submitted applications, their status, and any messages from employers.
How will I know if an employer views my application?â–¼
You'll receive notifications when employers review your application or update its status.
Can I message employers directly?â–¼
Once you've applied for a job, you can communicate with the employer through our secure messaging system.

Account & Technical

I forgot my password. What should I do?â–¼
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link.
Can I change my account type?â–¼
Account types (Job Seeker/Employer) cannot be changed after registration. You would need to create a new account with the desired type.
How do I delete my account?â–¼
Contact our support team at support@charliesjobs.com to request account deletion. Please note this action is permanent.
